Trey Griffin joined the company in January 2005 and was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources in May 2021. Prior to this, he spent 4 years as Vice President, Human Resources for the Americas, having previously been Vice President, Operations for the Fuel Specialties business in the Americas. Before joining Innospec he spent 15 years with Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies working in a range of marketing and sales management roles. Trey has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University.
