Leslie (Les) J. Parrette is currently the President of One Page Thinking, data visualization company he founded in 2003. For more than 20 years, Les has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for several public companies in domestic and international markets across a variety of industries, including energy trading, electric and gas utilities, natural gas pipelines, aluminum manufacturing, and electrical product distribution. Most notably, in 2005, he joined Novelis Inc., a subsidiary of Hindalco Industries Ltd. (Mumbai: HINDALCO), serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary until 2020. In 2000, Les joined Aquila, Inc. as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. In 1992, Les joined Blackwell Sanders, LLP as a Senior Partner and Chair of the law firm’s International Committee. He is a member of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
