Ian Cleminson serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this he spent four years as Financial Controller of the Performance Chemicals and Fuel Specialties divisions. Before joining the company in 2002, Ian held a number of senior financial management and accounting positions. He spent three years as Financial Controller of the Superabsorbents division of BASF plc and also worked as an accountant in private practice. He has a Master of Social Science degree from Birmingham University.
