David Jones was appointed Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary in January 2018. Before joining the company, David served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of West Corporation, Chief Counsel of Lennox International and Partner with DLA Piper LLP. David is a Certified Public Accountant and was in private practice with Ernst & Young and PwC prior to commencement of his legal career and has over 25 years experience as an attorney and a C.P.A. He has a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law and a degree in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
