According to a recent study of 140 major chemical companies by multinational professional services network Deloitte, Innospec was singled out for its leadership as a global chemicals solutions provider. The exhaustive study, “Innovation in chemicals: choosing to create long-term value,” was undertaken to understand which companies are not only high performers in a rapidly changing industry but are best prepared to embrace and exploit the recent— and dramatic—breakthroughs in R&D methodology.
The study lauded Innospec for not only “developing new proprietary technologies that are becoming a benchmark for fuel performance…and supporting scientists and technicians with analytical tools and technologies for testing fuel additives and oilfield chemicals,” but for “embracing open and digital innovation, leveraging external R&D networks, and directing innovation towards climate change and sustainability.
