Field Trial in Agricultural and Heavy‑Duty Equipment

In response to growing pressure on agricultural and heavy‑duty vehicle operators to reduce emissions and improve efficiency, we conducted a controlled field trial with our customer using a John Deere 5100E tractor on a PTO dynamometer. The trial compared baseline D975‑compliant diesel with the same fuel treated with POWERGUARD^® 4300 — our most advanced diesel detergent technology — to evaluate effects on fuel and DEF consumption, emissions, injector condition, and engine performance.

Key outcomes from the 100‑hour test include measurable improvements in fuel economy, DEF use, injector flow rates, and power, together with substantial reductions in CO, NOx and particulate emissions. The results demonstrate POWERGUARD^® 4300’s ability to clean injector deposits quickly, restore performance in used equipment, and support emissions and efficiency goals.
