FINSOLV^® TN

C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate

FINSOLV^® TN is a good solvent for actives with a light dry feel.  This product improves transparency in AP/DO applications.

FINSOLV^® TN-2*

FINSOLV^® TN-2 is a good solvent for actives with a light dry feel.  This product improves transparency in AP/DO applications.

FINSOLV^® TN-O

C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate

FINSOLV^® TN-O is a further refined version of C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate which has been rendered odor-free. It is recommended for those instances where even a slight background odor from formulation ingredients conflicts with the desired characteristics of the final fragrance. It confers a dry, talc-like feel, is extremely mild to skin and eyes, spreads easily (high spreading coefficient), and is a valuable solvent for many cosmetic ingredients, including sunscreens.

FINSOLV^® PG-22

Dipropylene Glycol Dibenzoate

FINSOLV^® PG-22 is an efficient skin conditioning agent functioning as both a humectant and emollient. It is an outstanding solubiliser for sunscreen actives, allowing for the active materials to function at maximum efficiency in formulations. It provides similar moisturisation properties over time as petrolatum but without the greasy after-feel making it an ideal candidate for day creams and lotions containing UV filters. It can also be used in clear, personal care products such as antiperspirants and deodorants.

FINSOLV^® EMG-20

Methyl Gluceth-20 Benzoate

FINSOLV^® EMG-20 is a unique, highly hydrophilic benzoate ester for general personal care and cosmetic use. Hand and face creams benefit from its unique feel on the skin and its spreading properties. Sunscreens and sunless tanning products benefit from its excellent solvent properties and its low toxicity. Bath and shower products as well as shampoos and conditioners will have improved after-feel due to the inverse solubility characteristic. Color cosmetics will spread easier and have better dispersion of pigments.

FINSOLV^® TPP is a proprietary blend of three unique benzoate esters, which exhibit performance synergy in numerous personal care product areas: exceptional solvent for sunscreen actives, exhibits exceptional tactile and performance improvements over the individual materials, and is soluble in a wider range of materials than its individual components.
